Large female Border Collie x Wolfhound, 2 years, 30 kgs

Siobhan is the most gorgeous dog, a really gentle giant with a delightful, endearing personality. She only weighs about 28kgs but she is like a border collie on stilts. People stop and ask what breed she is as she has such a different look. She is a very soft natured dog, although like many sighthounds she does have quite a high prey drive so no stock or cats for her.

Since being in foster she has learnt to use a doggie door, sit, gimme five (hand shake), toilet training and all in 24hrs. She is just so eager to please. She is improving on the lead, but at the moment everything is way too exciting for her and she likes seize the moment. She will improve with time and training. She is a real female, both gentle with little old Tulsa (Pet Rescue ID - 201230) and totally exuberant with the younger more active dogs.

Siobhan's new family will need to be committed to further obedience training. Siobhan will benefit from it enormously. She could also be a real star at agility.

Siobhan gets along well with other dogs both male and female, big and small. If you have a med-large dog that is looking for a friend, check her out. She would love nothing better than to be part of a large active family of which she was an important part.

Siobhan is loving, obedient and just wants to live a wonderful life. She is super easy around the house & garden, just follows you around and hangs around. If you leave her to be bored though she might start chewing things.

Siobhan meets everyone with a smile and a wag of her tail. We want Siobhan to have the best life. Will she pick you?
