Throughout Victoria there are dogs that need new homes. Perhaps you aren't in a position to take a dog into your home but want to help.
One way you can do this is by sponsoring a dog: pay for or contribute to a dog's basic vetwork (desexing, vaccinating, microchipping, worming, heartworm test, health check) or necessary dental work, antibiotics for respiratory infections, a leg arthroscopy to give a pain-free life, xrays for a broken pelvis, and so on....» read all the information about Sponsor a Dog incl. vet costs
