Stanley Skarsgard is a very reluctant surrender. A real sweetheart that just loves you, with eyes that just melt your heart. He has lived with a smaller dog and had training when he was younger. He does have some separation anxiety so does appreciate company. He has never been exposed to cats.

He is a happy go lucky boy who loves snoozing on the couch and will burrow under the covers for extra comfort. He love a good butt scratch and walks very well on lead.

Stanley soaks up his environment. If those around him are calm and relaxed so is he. When he is in a noisy excitable group he acts accordingly. He absolutely loves his ball and fetch. He has been known to squeeze three balls into his mouth rather than let one go!! His obedience was great when he was younger and allowed off leash but he could do with some refreshers in this area.

The same applies to his friendships with dogs. He enjoys laidback dogs but not those that get in his face. He likes to play on his terms and will tell an annoying dog politely to back off.

Stanley will flourish in the right home with the love and humans he needs to make his life complete.

Please note: we do not rehome interstate or to applicants under 25.

It is our policy not to rehome dogs in the Sunraysia area. Please go to your local pound, or contact your local group. As rescue groups have transported thousands of homeless dogs from Mildura and Sunraysia Pounds in the last decade, we do not intend to send any back there.
