Tilly is very laid back, happy to sleep all day and is a lap dog. She loves for you to be home and will follow you around all day just to be in your presence. She is a clever girl who can do a number of tricks that her previous family taught her to do. Tilly knows how to sit, drop, jump and roll (with a bit of help) and is a very enthusiastic student when liver treats are at hand.

Now, on to Tilly’s anxiety. Her anxiety and reactive behaviour is at its worst when out of the house for a walk where she is unexpectedly met by new people and strange dogs. Tilly is wary around new people or strangers and introduction needs to be done in a way she feels safe but once she is comfortable with new people she is truly a bundle of joy. Tilly’s new humans will be experienced dog people and will be dedicate to working with Tilly moving forward. Just like us humans, exercise is fantastic for anxiety ~ this is also another great way to help to bring Tilly’s anxiety levels down as when she jogs with her current person she ignores everything else around her.

Tilly is a very reluctant surrender but she is just in the wrong situation for her to relax and progress.

An ideal location for Tilly will be somewhere in a quiet area and away from too many people and dogs. Love and dedication to Tilly's training, along with the provision of a safe environment will see her thrive and become the wonderful dog she is destined to be. No cats for Tilly please.
