NB: We do not rehome interstate or to applicants under 25. It is our policy not to rehome dogs in the Sunraysia area. As rescue groups have transported thousands of homeless dogs from Mildura and Sunraysia pounds over the last decade, we do not intend to send any back there.

Blinky came to us neglected, desperate for affection, and needing lots of vet work. His vision is affected, blind in one eye which is now removed after an infection from a deep corneal ulcer, and he has limited vision in the other.  Hence sometimes he does run into other dogs or falls over them. This is his main problem  – apart from skin, teeth, arthritis, the usual.

Blinky will be a wonderful companion for someone who will enjoy watching him blossom with care and affection. His house training has begun and we believe he will learn quickly as he is so keen to please.

All our dogs are desexed, C5 vaccinated with intranasal, microchipped, wormed, and flea treated. All necessary vetwork such as dentals, surgery, eye treatment are also carried out. We are no longer heartworm testing as we have not had one positive test since we began in 2006. If a dog comes to us on heartworm treatment this is continued.
