NB: We do not rehome interstate or to applicants under 25. It is our policy not to rehome dogs in the Sunraysia area. As rescue groups have transported thousands of homeless dogs from Mildura and Sunraysia pounds over the last decade, we do not intend to send any back there.

Frosty Xenakis is a beauty. She loves human company, and although a bit shy with new people she does warm up quickly and approach for a pat and head rub.

Frosty is curious around new dogs with a tendency to be submissive. If a dog shows dominance or aggression she will walk away. Frosty could live with another dog of any size, gender or breed providing they have a calm temperament and will respect her space and allow her time to rest and chill when she needs to. Frosty used to live with a cat and would be fine to share her new home with a calm, dog savvy cat.

Frosty has a tendency to pull on lead and she does feel unsure when out socially. She relies on her person to make her feel safe. Her new family will work with Frosty to build her confidence outside the home so she can relax enough to enjoy all that life has to offer.

Frosty is beautiful inside and out. She will be a wonderful companion for the family lucky enough to welcome her into their hearts and home. Does Frosty sound like perfect match for you? If so, we would love to receive your application.

All our dogs are desexed, C5 vaccinated with intranasal, microchipped, wormed and flea treated. All necessary vet work such as dentals, surgery, eye treatment is also carried out. We are no longer heartworm testing as we have not had one positive test since we began in 2006. If a dog comes to us on heartworm treatment this is continued.
