Jaffa & Esther are mother and daughter. They’re quite bonded and will be rehomed together.

Jaffa, the mum, is a purr machine and starts her day plonking herself on your bed to wake you for cuddles. She loves her food and will be very vocal when she wants attention, especially when it’s belly rub time. During the day she’s pretty chilled and just wants to be near you. She can be quite assertive with her daughter Esther, bossing her out of the favourite bed or with a bit of rough play.

Esther is a quick learner and the more outgoing of the pair. She’s become quite adept at opening doors and sliding wardrobes. Her determination to catch her favourite feather on a stick sometimes results in her falling over backwards; she’ll be straight back up though! She likes to get her own attention away from her mum and enjoys some one-on-one time with her humans or just hanging out by herself.

Being quite young they’ve both got a lot of energy to burn. They like getting up very early and need plenty of activity to keep them from resorting to scratching carpets and furniture. They’re also very agile; kitchen benches, bookshelves, sinks are all accessible to them. An outdoor cat run, or a semi-outdoor environment would be ideal.

They’ll be suited to a dog free home, but currently untested with other cats. They get on well with teenagers but haven’t been exposed to younger children in their foster home.
