NB: We do not rehome interstate or to applicants under 25. It is our policy not to rehome dogs in the Sunraysia area. As rescue groups have transported thousands of homeless dogs from Mildura and Sunraysia pounds over the last decade, we do not intend to send any back there.

Naki and Angie are the sweetest little bonded pair. They both have gentle personalities and with a bit of love and attention will make someone very happy.

They are new into our care but have been so lovely and easy to deal with, that we think they will transition well into a home and be great company.

What we know so far….

They have grown up in a household with a busy family, a cat and chickens and were fine with everything. They sleep together, can use a doggy door and are generally house trained. They also seem happy enough to travel in a car.

They can be a bit cautious with people at the start, but it is early days, and we think that once settled into their new environment, their personalities will absolutely shine. Even early on, Angie has shown that she likes to rest her head on your hand or snuggle in given the chance. Naki seems a bit more reserved but is becoming more relaxed and his carer says: “he seems to have a lovely and gentle personality”, even showing his playful and loyal side by jumping in the front seat of the car to welcome his foster mum home from work.

Both are obedient but haven’t had much training, so a little time is all that is needed to make this delightful duo a great addition to your family.

As these two have grown up with a family and other animals, they can suit a variety of homes and circumstances. The main thing would be for their people to have some time for them, give them some love and attention and these two will thrive and give back so much to their people.

All our dogs are desexed, C5 vaccinated with intranasal, microchipped, wormed and flea treated. All necessary vet work such as dentals, surgery, eye treatment is also carried out. We are no longer heartworm testing as we have not had one positive test since we began in 2006. If a dog comes to us on heartworm treatment this is continued.
