NB: We do not rehome interstate or to applicants under 25. It is our policy not to rehome dogs in the Sunraysia area. As rescue groups have transported thousands of homeless dogs from Mildura and Sunraysia pounds over the last decade, we do not intend to send any back there.

Rosie is an affectionate girl. She has a quiet nature, but has really come out of her shell since being in foster care. She loves being a lap dog and although she soaks up pats and cuddles she is also happy with her own company. She is always excited to see you when you get home and greets you with a lovely welcome.

Rosie is looking for a quiet home with no children or other dogs. She does need some work on her training and socialization – getting used to walking on lead and meeting other dogs when out exercising. She barks at other dogs but hasn’t shown any aggression at all. Rosie doesn’t respond to her name, but will stay when asked. We are working with Rosie on her house training.

We adore Rosie and we know her new family will feel exactly the same way!

All our dogs are desexed, C5 vaccinated with intranasal, microchipped, wormed and flea treated. All necessary vet work such as dentals, surgery, eye treatment is also carried out. We are no longer heartworm testing as we have not had one positive test since we began in 2006. If a dog comes to us on heartworm treatment this is continued.
