NB: We do not rehome interstate or to applicants under 25. It is our policy not to rehome dogs in the Sunraysia area. As rescue groups have transported thousands of homeless dogs from Mildura and Sunraysia pounds over the last decade, we do not intend to send any back there.

Tinkerbell loves love! She adores everyone, and each and every dog that she meets. She loves cuddles on the couch with her favourite people and playing with her ball.

Tinkerbell gets excited for a drive in the car. She is housetrained and has mastered the doggy door. Tinkerbell understands basic commands (sit, lay down, bed), and looks forward to her daily walks. She does pull on the lead, but this is due to her enthusiasm and curiosity for the outside world and the chance to have a good sniff, meet new people and other dogs on her walks.  Tinkerbell does cry on walks if she can’t say hello to other dogs and is a little over friendly with people, wanting to jump on them.  Perhaps she has not entirely settled in this short time.

While she is interested in other dogs so far she has been happy when allowed to have a meet and greet, and then move on. Tinkerbell gets along well with her foster doggy brother, although she does have moments where she isn’t so keen on sharing her toys.

A great home for Tinkerbell would be where she gets to spend a lot of her time with her people. If her new family has children, they will be teenagers. She may enjoy the company of another doggy sibling but she could be okay on her own also.  We will update this information as we get to know Tinkerbell better.

Tinkerbell has really tugged on our heartstrings. She is a loving soul who just wants a family of her own to give them all of her love.

All our dogs are desexed, C5 vaccinated with intranasal, microchipped, wormed and flea treated. All necessary vet work such as dentals, surgery, eye treatment is also carried out. We are no longer heartworm testing as we have not had one positive test since we began in 2006. If a dog comes to us on heartworm treatment this is continued.
