Peppa Randolph is in her new home
Breed: Female Border Collie x Sheltie
Weight: 13.5 kgs
Fish gotta swim... Birds gotta fly... and me - well I’ve gotta practise cuddles and snuggles until I find my forever home with you! I’m Peppa – and I’m so full of love the peeps at Victorian Dog Rescue seem to think I’d make a great cuddle therapist.
I’m a fun-loving, energetic and smart (I would even go as far to say extremely clever) doggy. It doesn’t take much to keep my tail wagging. Adventures and social outings are the best. I get to soak up attention from the people I meet and all the new smells get my imagination going. I’m always happy to share cuddles, toys and my humans. I don’t have a jealous bone in my body. What I would most like to share though, is my home with another doggy friend. We can play together and then spend the rest of our time curled up next to each other napping. When I'm not cuddling my humans of course!
I’ll need a bit of help with walking on the lead as I’m just getting used to it. But I don’t pull very hard, light as a feather in fact so walking me isn’t stressful at all. My foster family have been teaching me “sit”, “wait”, “no” and “get it Peppa” at meal time. They make me feel so special and I want so very much to make them happy in return.
I haven’t seen many of those cat creatures so the jury is out on sharing a home with one of those. And I’ll say the next sentence in my quiet voice – it’s best there are no tweety birds in my new home. I find them very fascinating....
Sooo, just so you know, adopting me will make you the luckiest person ever. Just wait until I plant one of my famous nose kisses on you!
Fun Fact: I have one crazy ear that never sits down. No matter how hard I try!
