We met Mr Beau through the Pets in Crisis program in 2021, and he had several visits with us over the next couple of years, and when his human sadly passed away, we were very happy to make good on a promise we had made, and welcomed him into our family.
Beau was the goodest boy, he was on medication to manage epilepsy, but he never let that stop him from enjoying his walks, especially to the beach, with his fur-siblings, and he always remembered to “stop and smell the flowers”. He loved his food and shared his bed with many of his foster siblings, helping them to feel safe and secure, but particularly he loved Lucy.
After a period of decline, due to a developing brain tumor, Beau passed over the🌈 in June 2023 – he crossed peacefully in my arms and his ashes were scattered in the bay, following the ashes of his previous much loved human and fur-kid family, reunited.
