Old age was the main factor that contributed to his passing so quickly but his heart was enlarged and he was found to have lung cancer.

The prognosis was palliative care for the day or two he had left.

We made the agonising decision to let him pass peacefully in our arms early Sunday morning.

Marty lived a full and beautiful life. He wanted for nothing and was spoiled rotten! Just as he deserved.

He was happy and smiley right to the very end.

We had him one day shy of 11 years, and it was such a privilege.

Thank you for everything you do, but most of all, thank you for pairing us with Marty.

He was the joy of our lives!
