NB: We do not rehome interstate or to applicants under 25. It is our policy not to rehome dogs in the Sunraysia area. As rescue groups have transported thousands of homeless dogs from Mildura and Sunraysia pounds over the last decade, we do not intend to send any back there.

Just like a comfortable slipper! What a sweetie our lovely Mia Armistead is.
Her needs are simple – good food, love and cuddles and a warm, place to
settle and call home. She is a very, purry lady, who just wants a lap to
climb into or a person to lean on. As soon as you pat her, her purring
engine gets started and she can dribble a little with sheer delight. She
likes to share her foster carer’s bed at night and she will nuzzle under the
blankets with her head out. She loves a cuddle and a good belly rub. Mia is
13 years old and was surrendered to a rural pound. Within just a couple of
hours at her foster carer’s home, she was settled and comfy, just like an
old slipper. Mia really does just ooze affection.
