When Hetty came to us as a foster we didn’t know that our home would be her last. When I saw her photo from the pound I knew I wanted to help her. From the moment she stepped out of the carrier she started purring and the purring hardly ever stopped. As soon as she saw a person she would begin to purr. She was always happiest when with people and gave the same purrs to everyone she met. Her favourite place was on a lap and she was happy to be held and cuddled. Her other great love was food. She was an attentive helper in the kitchen but always polite. Her health decline was sudden and rapid but I’m grateful I had a few days to say goodbye. This sweet lady will be missed.
