Loki was a very reluctant surrender to us in 2020. Happily he has settled in his new home so well.

“It’s hard to believe that Loki he has already been with us for over two years!

Anyway, Loki is doing very well here in the quiet, low stimulus environment that is living semi-rural. Despite all the space of the farm to run around, he mostly prefers lazing on the couch with his Dad watching TV. I try to remind him of his breed and tell him he’s neglecting his “kelpieing,” but he just ignores me! He sometimes watches football and cricket quite intensely, and every Monday night when the buzzer sounds the end of “Have You Been Paying Attention?” he immediately jumps up from the couch knowing it’s bedtime! He taught himself that, we didn’t do anything intentional!

I’ve attached a few photos of Loki, including with his “new” sister who we adopted nearly a year ago. She was extremely shy and nervous, and Loki has been a wonderful help to her with confidence and leadership.”
