Here is Mitzy’s story from six years ago when she came to us.   She had come from a woman who was leaving her tied to a clothesline all day so she wouldn’t try to escape, and before that from a pound where the ranger said that he never wanted to see a dog living in such a disgusting way.  No wonder she had separation anxiety.
