HAPPILY REHOMED
Charlie is the sweetest girl in need of a new family after the sad loss of her person. She gets excited for her walk, playing chasey and local adventures with her people. Charlie can be a little skittish but is a big lover of people large and small and enjoys the company of cats.
Charlie is housetrained and in good health for her age. Her carer suspects she may have some hearing loss, but that isn’t holding her back. Charlie sleeps soundly through the night, preferably as close to her people as possible, and won’t say no to getting under the covers on a cold winter’s night. Charlie is happy travelling in the car and visiting the local shops. Charlie gets very excited for her walk – she is usually indifferent to other small dogs, but can get occasionally barky when passing bigger dogs on the street.
Charlie is proving remarkably adaptable in the face of a big sad disruption to her life. We think she will do well in a single or couple adult home or a family with older children, with people around more often than not. She can handle a little hubbub around the house as long as she gets to be part of the action, but would equally enjoy a quiet home. Charlie would be fine sharing with cats but would prefer no other dogs at home.
If this adorable girl melts your heart, we would love to hear from you.

All our dogs are desexed, C5 vaccinated with intranasal, microchipped, wormed and flea treated. All necessary vet work such as dentals, surgery, eye treatment is also carried out. We are no longer heartworm testing as we have not had one positive test since we began in 2006. If a dog comes to us on heartworm treatment this is continued.
