RIP Frankie 2006-2023 (Trixie Gandolfo from Benalla Pound)
“It is with the heaviest of hearts that we have had to say goodbye to our beautiful girl Frankie.
This little charmer joined our family seven years ago as a 10-year-old from Victorian Dog Rescue but such was her presence and force of personality that it seemed like she had been with us forever.
We are consoled by so many memories which make us happy and sad at the same time.
What a character – whether it was riding on the Vespa, eyeballing us for treats at the cafe, snoring on your bed, or tapping Ian’s foot demanding an after-dinner snack or ten, we will never ever forget you.
You were our loyal buddy at home during those long days of Covid, the perfect crochet & glamping companion and the most protective baby sitter.
We will miss your bo-wo-wo enthusiasm at walk time and also your selective deafness when you just had to do your own stubborn thing.
And your ability to judge with a single look was a natural talent too. Classic Frank!
There’s a big empty hole in our home now and we feel numb and broken inside.
Miss you Frankie Bear”
