Check out the adorable Basil:
Basil is the sweetest boy with a gentle and quiet nature. He adores his humans and gets excited when he sees other dogs. He greets doggie friends by booping noses and having a good hello sniff. Basil washes his face like a cat which is so very cute.
We think Basil may be deaf or hard of hearing. He doesn’t respond when you call him and doesn’t respond to loud noises, but rather relies on sight. He will get excited when he sees you but not when you call. Basil is very quiet in the car as that is his nature, but he does get anxious and shakes quite a bit. He really enjoys a walk, taking his time to stop and investigate everything. He is a perfect reminder to slow down and smell the roses.
Basil has a submissive tendency and is great with dogs. Basil is good with cats, but does try to dominate them a little. Basil goes to the toilet outside, but relies on you to give him regular outdoor breaks during the day as he doesn’t ask to go out. He will thrive in a home with people who are home most of the day as he wants to share every minute that he can with you.
Basil has stolen our hearts and we are sure he will steal yours too! Can you give Basil the home he longs for?

All our dogs are desexed, C5 vaccinated with intranasal, microchipped, wormed and flea treated. All necessary vet work such as dentals, surgery, eye treatment is also carried out. We are no longer heartworm testing as we have not had one positive test since we began in 2006. If a dog comes to us on heartworm treatment this is continued.
