Have you got room in your heart and home for double love? Charlie and Lola are two sweet as pie girls who are in need of a new family after the sad loss of their person. These two mature pups both have plenty of pep in their steps and get excited for their walks, playing chasey and local adventures with their people. They love to be in and amongst things and are friendly and curious little mites. Lola is a little bolder than Charlie, who can be a bit more skittish. They are both lovers of people large and small and enjoy the company of cats.
Charlie and Lola are housetrained and in good health for their ages. Their carer suspects both girls have some hearing loss, but that isn’t holding them back. They sleep soundly through the night, preferably as close to their people as possible, and won’t say no to getting under the covers on a cold winter’s night. Lola and Charlie are happy travelling in the car and visiting the local shops. They are happy being handled and always up for a cuddle. After some initial excitement when their leads appear, Lola and Charlie fall into rhythm and are a pleasure to walk. They are usually indifferent to other small dogs, but can get occasionally barky when passing bigger dogs on the street. Both are stare bears when there’s food around, so watch your snacks!
Lola and Charlie are proving remarkably adaptable in the face of a big sad disruption to their lives. We’re keen to see them in their new forever home so they can settle in and reclaim their happy spark. We think they will do well in an single or couple adult home or a family with older children, with people around more often than not. They can handle a little hubbub around the house as long as they get to be part of the action, but would equally enjoy a quiet home. A couple of short daily walks and a chance to sniff the flowers would make these girls very happy. Charlie and Lola would be fine sharing with cats but would prefer no other dogs at home.
If these girls melt your heart, they would love to hear from you.

All our dogs are desexed, C5 vaccinated with intranasal, microchipped, wormed and flea treated. All necessary vet work such as dentals, surgery, eye treatment is also carried out. We are no longer heartworm testing as we have not had one positive test since we began in 2006. If a dog comes to us on heartworm treatment this is continued.
