NB: We do not rehome interstate or to applicants under 25. It is our policy not to rehome dogs in the Sunraysia area. As rescue groups have transported thousands of homeless dogs from Mildura and Sunraysia pounds over the last decade, we do not intend to send any back there.

Conway is an exuberant boy who loves people, cuddles and affection. He has a lovely, friendly nature and is the best company – happy to help you with the chores or to be a companion for fun and adventure. He doesn’t mind what you are doing, as long as he is with you.

Conway walks extremely well on lead.  He does not pull and can be redirected.  He is fascinated with all the smells on his walks and is not reactive to other dogs he meets along the way. Conway is learning all about boundaries and doggy manners. He is only young and doesn’t always understand when he is being overbearing with other dogs when he wants to keep playing. If his new home has a doggy friend, they will have similar energy to Conway and will appreciate his desire to run and play.

Conway’s new home will be with active people who will give this wonderful boy plenty of exercise and interactive play – he is a smart boy who thrives with mental stimulation. His new family will continue working with him on his training and socialization to help him be his best self. Secure fencing will be required as Conway is quite athletic. Despite this though, he hasn’t shown any interest in jumping the fence to escape.

Conway is a wonderful dog. He has so much potential and just wants to be the best boy for his humans. Will you be the lucky person/family Conway chooses to call his very own?

Untested with cats.

All our dogs are desexed, C5 vaccinated with intranasal, microchipped, wormed and flea treated. All necessary vet work such as dentals, surgery, eye treatment is also carried out. We are no longer heartworm testing as we have not had one positive test since we began in 2006. If a dog comes to us on heartworm treatment this is continued.
